| I have been a loyal customer for years. Last two times I brought my car in they tried to up sell me and crossed the line. I was on the phone and asked for a quote the mechanic said his email didn?t work so I drove back down to pick up quote and it was for much less than originally discussed. I knew it in his eyes that I was being lied to. It?s a shame. Terrible feeling to have. Took car down the street and got it fixed with a great price and quality work. Will never go here again and will tell all friends/family on social media to avoid (250k followers). |
